WI-IERI?AS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
-received a sworn petition from Pat Moore and Elizabeth Moore, his wife,
requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater,'
Florida; and
WHEREAS,' the City Commission of the. City of Clearwater, Florida,
• also received a sworn petition from Kent Contractors, Inc. requesting the
City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by
s . it, into' the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
?r '''?} • WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from William-Otis Gillenwaters, Trustee,
?a requesting the•City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described,
owned by him, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
? -WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
• requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on August 4, 1969, voted '

set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment

Florida, together with all abutting streets.

(Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2,
