ESTABLISHING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATIONS AND THE FIRE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
FOR SAID PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by it, into the
received a sworn petition from Flaquad, Inc, requesting the City to annex
corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due considerations of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on July 21, 1969, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to
set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment
of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcel of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on August 18, 1969, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcel of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Begins the NE corner of the NE - 1/4 of the SW-1/4
of Section 6, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, run
thence S 1021112" W, along the westerly boundary of
Coachman Lake Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 62,
pages 26 thru 29 inclusive of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, 1327. 06 feet to the Southwesterly corner
of Lot 8 of said Coachman Lake Estates; thence N 89056=11" W,
along the northerly boundary of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 7, of said
Coachman Lake Estates, 715. 45 feet; thence N 00121271' E,
1324. 30 feet to the East-West centerline of said Section 6;
thence N 89052134" E, along said East-West centerline of
Section 6, 742. 0 feet to the Point of Beginning; together with
all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R 1C"
(Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.
Section 2. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are directed to
include and set out and show upon the official zoning map and other official
maps of the City of Clearwater the foregoing property and the zoning and r
•„ fire district classifications therefor.

Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book
and a certified copy ;hereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Flaquad, Inc. requesting tho City to annex
a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by it, into the
corporate limits of the City of Cloarwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said'
request for annexation, at a regular -meeting held on Xuly 21, 1969, voted
unanimously to accept raid request and authozizcd the proper officials to
not up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment
of zoning and fire district clauijifications and to prepare hn•ordinanee to annen
said parcel of real estate into the corporate limito of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section b (d) of the h4unicipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Lawa of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on August 18, 1969, the City Ciom nlioaion of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning'and fire district claeoificationo
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINE1) BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF TIME CITY OF CLEARWATER# FLORIDA;
