WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Stewart D. Holmes and Carolyn A. Holmes,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate herein-
after described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and
also received a sworn petition from Clair H. Culver and Pauline J. Culver,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate herein-
after described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Al Rogero Builder, Inc. requesting the
City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by it, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on June 16, 1969,
voted unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials
to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment
of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex

FLORIDA, ANNEXING LOT 160 BLOCK G, SUNNY PARK
GROVES SUBDIVISION, LOT 46, BELLROSE PARK SUB-
DIVISION, A PORTION OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 29
SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST AND A PORTION OF SECTION
18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS
--------- COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING
STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE
BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID
ADDITIONS, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AND THE LAWS OF FLORIDA; AFTER PROPER PUBLIC

WHEREAS, on July 21, 1969, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property; and
WHEREAS the City Commission of the of Clearwater, WHEREAS, City Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Eva Terry McMullen, Birton E. McMullen
and J. Mitchell McMullen as Co-Executors of the Estate of Henry Laurence
McMullen, Deceased, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real ,
estate hereinafter described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the ?
City of Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on June 2, 1969,
voted unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials
to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment
of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcel of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on July 7, 1969, the City Commission of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property, and said hearing was continued until July 21, 1969,
and thereupon completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION! OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;

Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence' presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City _
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into thL corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 16,' Block G, Sunny Park Groves, according to the
map or platthereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, page
2 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
together with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-IE'I
(Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.
AND
Lot 46, Bellrose Park Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 59, page 63, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with all abutting unincorporated
streets; and the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the Southwest
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East; and that portion of Highland Avenue (County
Road 111), lying between the North line of Seabreeze Street
as shown on the Plat of the Fourth Addition to Highland Lake
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 30, page 97, of said
Public Records and the North line of Howard Street (formerly
Scott Street) as shown on the Plat of Scotia Heights Sub-
division as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 10 of said Public
Records; and all that portion of Seabreeze Street lying within
the unincorporated area of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4 of Section 23, Township 29 South, Range 15 East; and
that portion of Lake Drive within the unincorporated area of
the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 23, lying between aforesaid
Seabreeze Street and the South line of the North 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 23.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-1D"
(Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.
AND
NW-1/4 of the SE-1/4 of the 5W-1/4 of Sectionl$, Township 29
South, Range 16 East, also known as Lots 19 and 20, Pinellas
Groves in the SW-1/4 of SectionlB, Township 29 South, Range
16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
The above described property is hereby zoned "AM"
(Mobile Home Park) and designated as Fire District No. 2.

Section 2. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are directed to
include and set out and show upon the official zoning map and other official
maps of the City of Clearwater the foregoing property and the zoning and
fire district classifications therefor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book
and a certified copy thereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida.

determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Eva Terry McMullen, Birton E. McMullen
and J, Mitchell McMullen as Co-Executors of the Estate of Henry Laurence
McMullen, Deceased, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real
estate hereinafter described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the
City of Clearwater, Florida; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said-
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on June 2, 1969,
