real estate hereinafter described, owned by them, into the corporate lianits
of the- City of Clearwater, Florida; and

also received a sworn petition from Unity Clearwater, a Florida non-profit
corporation, requesting the City to annex certain parcels of real estate

WHEREAS, on June 23, 156911, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held it public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREroRE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY Or CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1, After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in. Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 25 of Boylan Subdivision, according to map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, page 47 of the Public
Records of-Pinellas County, Florida, 'together with all
abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-2"
(Duplex)' and designated as Fire District No. 2.
AND
Lots f and 2,' South Haven Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 33,. page 69 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, and the North 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Southwest
1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 199 Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, excepting the West 300 feet thereof, plus all
adjoining right: of way and that portion of Nursery Road lying
North of Lots 33 and 34 of said South Haven Subdivision.
The above Lots 1 and 2, South Haven Subdivision as described
above is hereby zoned "R-1C" (Single Family) and designated as
Fire District No. 2.
The above described acreage is hereby zoned "R-4"

Section 2. The City'Engineer and the City Clerk are directed to
include and set out and show upon the official zoning map and other official
maps of the City of Clearwater the foregoing property and the zoning and
fire district classifications therefor.
Section on 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book
and a certified copy thereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
