v E t t • 4. ORDINANCE NO. 1205 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA, ANNEXING LOT 9, BLOCK E, LOT 18, BLOCK G AND LOTS Z, 3 AND 4, BLOCK H, ALL IN SALLS SUBDIVISION AND LOT 13, BLOCK C, PINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITIONS, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND THE LAWS OF FLORIDA; AFTER PROPER PUBLIC NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, ESTABLISHING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE FIRE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS FOR SAID PROPERTIES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, received a sworn petition from Arthur J. Cornelius and Dorothy J. Cornelius, his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate herein,- ? after described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, also received a sworn petition from John M. Lockhart and Clara L. Lockhart„ his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate herein- after described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, also received a sworn petition from Charles A. Snipes and Lyuise Snipes, his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate herein- after described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City' of Clearwater, Florida, also received a sworn petition from John F.
