ORDINANCE NO. 1199
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, REPEALING ZONE 19B OF SUB-PARAGRAPH
(9) OF SECTION 4-18 OF AR'T'ICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
1962, RELATING TO INTOXICATING LIQUORS, AND
ADDING TO SAID SECTION 4-18 OF SAID CODE A NEW
SUB-PARAGRAPH (12) AND NEW ZONE 23 WHERE
CLASSIFICATIONS SECTION 4-26 (b) AND (c), AS
DESCRIBED IN SAID CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD; SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 18,
TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS. ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Zone 19B of Sub-Paragraph (9) of Section 4-18 of
Article 1 of Chapter 4 of the Code of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
1962, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter 4 of the Code of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended to add thereto
the following Sub-'Paragraph (12) and Zone Z3 to read as follows:
(12) For classifications Section 4-26,(b) and (c):
ZONE 23. Consisting of the following described property;
The West 581 feet of the East 1079. 53 feet of the South 330
feet of SE-1(4 of NE-114 of Section 18, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, less and except right of way for Gulf to Bay
Boulevard.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
