ORDINANCE NO. 1198
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, ANNEXING LOT 15, TERRA ALTO ESTATES,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER' WITH ALL
ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND
1 REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY

PROPERTIES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Dan Calbos and Bessie Calboa, his wife,,
requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting held on March 6, 1969,
voted unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials
to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment
of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on April 7, 1969, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of veal property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 15, Terra Alto Estates, according to the map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, page 5
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
together with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-1D"
(Residential) and designated as Fire District No. Z.
Section Z. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are directed to
include and set out and show upon the official zoning map and other, official
maps of the City of Clearwater the foregoing property and the zoning and
fire district classifications therefor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book
and a certified copy thereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida.

DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Dan Calboo• and Bessie Calbos, his wife,
requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter

described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the. City of
Clearwater; and

WHEREAS# the City Commission, after due consideratiw, of said
request for annexation, at a regular meeting hold on March 6, 1969s

voted unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials k i
to net up a public bearing thereon for the doteri-nination and establishment ,.
of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annexe;;,
said parcels of real estato into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearviater and the Laws of Florid:; and
WHEREAS, on April 7, 1969, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establishment of zoning and fires diotrict classificationu
for said,real property: slip

Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a propor
public hearing, the City of Cloarwator, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City'of Cloarwator and the Lawo of Florida,

hereby annexes into tha corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, r1orlda,

and redefines the boundary lines of said City sa as to include the following '
described parcels of real property in Pinellae County, Florida, and to
establish coning and fire district classifications therefor: . , .

or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, page 5
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
together with all abutting atreets.
The above described property is hereby coned "R-1D"

Section 2, The City Engineer and the City Clerk arts directed to
includo and set out and show upon the official zoning map and other official

maps of the City of Clearwater the foregoing property and the zoning and
fire district classifications therefor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passago and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Boolc
and a certified copy thereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida.
