W13ER:AS# the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Herschel J. Lawrence and Arleta J.
Lawrence, his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real
estate hereinafter described, owned by thorn, into the corporate limits of
the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS* the City Commission, of the City of Clearwater, Florida
also received a sworn petition from Norbert S. Rothe and Micole Rothe,
his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate
hereinafter described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City
of Clearwater; and
'WHEREAS, the-City Caxnmissio'n, after due consideration of said
requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on February 17, 1969,

voted unanimoualy to accept said requests and authorized the proper officialp
to not up a public hearing thereon for the determination and entablinhment
of zoning and fire district classificatione and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater'
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and r

25, page 56 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, together with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned "R-lE"
(Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.
Section Z. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are directed to
