AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, ANNEXING LOT 19 AND THE WEST 34, Z4
FEET OF LOT ZO, BLOCK A, SUNNY PARK GROVES
SUBDIVISION, AND A PORTION OF SECTION Z, TOWN-
SHIP Z9 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY.
FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS,
INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE
BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID
ADDITIONS, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF
THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AND THE LAWS OF FLORIDA; AFTER
PROPER PUBLIC NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING
THEREON, ESTABLISHING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE FIRE DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATIONS FOR SAID PROPERTIES; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
-received a sworn petition from Maryanne Libecap requesting the City to
annex a certain aprcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by her,
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Champion Developers, Inc., requesting
the City to annex a certain aprcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by it, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after due consideration of said
requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on February 3, 1969,
voted unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials
to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment
of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on March 6, 1969, the City Commission of the City

determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
1 , COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
Ef :g Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper

public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City

rt.. Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 d of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to '
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 19 and the West 34. 24 feet of Lot 20, Block
A, Sunny Park Groves Subdivision, according to
the reap or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
36, page 2 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned -'R-lE--
(Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.
AND
Begin at the NW corner of the NE-1/4 of the NW-1/4
of Section, 2, Township 29 South, Range 15 East and run
thence S 001113711 E, along the 40 Acre Line, 384, 88
feet for P. 0. B.; thence continue S 001113711 E, 280. 0
feet; thence S 89015'19" E, 337. 61 feet; thence S 0009126--
E, 664. 39 feet; thence S 89020;06-' E, 330. 0 feet; thence
N 000912611 W, 943. 94 feet; thence N 89015'19-- W, 667.89
feet to P. O. B. , together with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned --R-4--
(Multiple Dwelling) and designated as Fire District No. 2.
Section 2. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are directed to

Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and enrollment in the City of Clearwater Ordinance Book
and a certified copy thereof being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida.

rx. ,a-FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn potition from Maryanne Libecap requesting the City to
annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by her,
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida.,
also received a sworn petition from Champion Developers, Inc. , requesting
the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by it, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the City Cotm-nission, after due consideration of said
requests for annexation, at a regular meeting held on February 3, 1969,
voted unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials
to set up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment'
of zoning and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex
said parcels of-real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section b (d) of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, on March b, 1969, the City- Commission of the City

determination and establiahment of zoning and fire district classifications

NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISS1014 OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1, After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission. by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:'
Lot 19 and the Went 34. 24 feet of Lot 20, Block "
A, Sunny Park Groves Subdivision, according to
the map or plat thereof as accorded in Plat Book
36, page 2 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County. Florida, together with all abutting streets:
The above described property is hereby zoned 11R-1E11
(Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.

of Section 2. Township 29 South, Range 15 East and run
