CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1968. AS AMENDED,
BY RECLASSIFYING AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES
i AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; BY REDESIGNATING SAID ZONING
MAP AS AMENDED AS "THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA OF 196911: BY PROVIDING
FOR REPEAL OF .ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CON-
FLICT; BY PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE ;

public hearings on certain proposed changes to the zoning map of the City
of Clearwater in accordance with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to
the zoning map were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation HIR '11
of all evidence presented at the public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described properties in Clearwater,
Florida, are hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated and
"The Zoning Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 196811, as arnended, 109MAI'"
is amended to indicate that fact as hereinafter set out:
(A) Zoned as PRS - Professional and Related Services
Lot 10, Block A, Breeze Hill Subdivision, according
to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, page
66 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
(B) Zoned as R-3 (LD) - Low Density Multiple Dwelling
A part of the SE-1/4 of the SW-1/4 of Section 2, Township
29 South, Range 15 East, described as follows: Start at the
NE corner of the SE-1/4 of the SW-1/4 of Section 2, Town-
ship 29 South, Range 15 East for a P. O, B. and go S 00007'06"
E, 516. 74 feet along the North-South 1/2 Section line of said
Section 2; thence go S 89052 154-- W, 360. 00 feet; thence go
N 890221481- W, 972, 17 feet to a point on the 40 acre line
(centerline of Highland Avenue); thence go N 0000714111 W,
520. 05 feet along the 40 acre line to the 40 acre corner;
thence go S 89026'15-- E, 1322. 29 feet along the 40 acre
line to the P. O. B.

Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of
1968, as amended, and as further amended by this Ordinance, is hereby
readopted and approved as so amended except that it is hereby resdesignated
as "The Zoning Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 196911, and Chapter
26 of Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, Florida, the city zoning
ordinance and law, as amended, is hereby amended in each instance in which
a zoning map is referred to by providing that ouch zoning map shall be 'The
Zoning Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 1969. 11 Said Zoning Map
consists of a title and summary page designated as Sheet I and additional
separate sheets, each covering a portion of the City as indicated thereon.
The Zoning Map and zoning ordinance and law of the City of Clearwater as so
amended and adopted shall be enforced from and after the effective date of
this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
to the extent of such conflict are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not
affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other
than the part declared to be invalid.
Section 5. Any person or persons, firm or corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court,
be fined not exceeding the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00), or
imprisonment in the City Tail for not exceeding sixty (60),days, or by
both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.
Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate
offense,
