AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
` FLORIDA, ANNEXING LOT 6, BLOCK D, BONAIR
HILL SUBDIVISION, AND PORTIONS OF SECTION 7,
„tt,--- TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING
STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING
THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE,
SAID ADDITIONS, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS

WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Campbell Enterprises of Clearwater, Inc.
requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by it, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater;
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
also received a sworn petition from Dynamic Investments, Inc. requesting
the City, to annex certain parcels of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by it, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of said requests for annexation
the City Commission at a regular meeting held on September 6, 1966, voted
unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials to set
up a public hearing thereon for the determination and establishment of zoning
and fire district classifications and to prepare an ordinance to annex said
parcels of real estate into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater
in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 {d} of the Municipal Charter
of the City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida; and

determination and establishment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1, After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under.the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 6, Block D, Bonair Hill Subdivision, according
to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26,
page 108 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, together with all abutting streets.

The above described property is hereby zoned FAR- lE" (Single
Family) and designated as Fire District No. 2.
AND
Parcel 1. The East 365. 04 feet of the South 210 feet
of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
Parcel 2. The West 295 feet of the East 659. 30 feet of
the South 210 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4 of Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
Parcel 3A. The East 95 feet of the West 435 feet of the
South 210 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
of Section 7, Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
Parcel 3B. The East 75 feet of the West 340 feet of the

WHEREAS, on October 7, 1968, tho City Commission of tho City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination and establinhment of zoning and fire district classifications
for said real property;

Section 1. After its evaluation of all evidence presented at a proper
public hearing, the City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority ,and under. the provisions of Section 6 (d) of
the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater and the Laws of Florida,
hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following
described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida, and to
establish zoning and fire district classifications therefor:
Lot 6, Block D, Bonair Hill Subdivision, according
to reap or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26,
page 1¢$ of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, together with all abutting streets.
The above described property is hereby zoned 1'R-1E 11 (Single
Family) and designated as Fire District No. Z.
AND
Parcel 1. The East 365. 04 feet of the South 210 feet
of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 114 of Section 7,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East.
Parcel 2. The West 295 feet of the East 659. 30 feet of
the South 210 feet of the Northwest 114 of the'Southeast
