WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the
zoning map were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of
all evidence presented at the public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida,
is hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated and "The Zoning
Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 196811, as amended, is amended
to indicate that fact as hereinafter set outs
Zoned as PUD-R - Planned Unit Development - Residential
The North 1040 feet m. o.1. of South 1938. 26 feet of East
524. 29 feet of Northeast - 1/4 of Section 11, Township 29
South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, less
street right of way.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.

Section 3. Should any part or provision of,this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not
affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other

Section 4. Any person or persons, firm or corporation or association
of persons, who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the terms or
provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court,
be fined not exceeding the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00)or
