FLORIDA, DETERMINING AND ESTABLISHING THE
ZONING USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS AND THE
FIRE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS FOR CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED PORTIONS OF SECTION 24, TOWN-
SHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,

OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received from the City of Clearwater and certain of the principal owners a
request that the City determine, establish and/or reestablish the zoning and
fire district classifications on certain real property hereinafter described;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board, after due consideration,
prepared its Preliminary Report and, after proper public-notice, held a
public hearing on said Preliminary Report on December 8, 1967, at 1:30
P.M. and said public hearing was continued until 10:00 A. M. on December
11, 1967, and concluded; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater has now
received the Planning and Zoning Board's final report and recommendations
as to the zoning and fire district classifications for said real property; and
WHEREAS, on December 11, 1967, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing for the
determination, establishment and/or reestablishment of the zoning and fire
district classifications for said described real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

From the Northeast corner of the Southwest: 1/4 of the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 24, Township 29 South, Range 15
East, Pinellas County, Florida, as a Point of Beginning,
run S 000814811 W, along a forty acre line 425.79 feet; thence
run N 88°4215611 W, 1335. 90 feet to a point on the North-South

Section 3, Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
