'fyE~4 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, received a sworn petition from Frederick Thompson and Josephine Thompson, his wife, requesting the City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida, also received a sworn petition from William G. Blackburn and Myldred L. Blackburn, his wife and Wallace W. Blackburn and Elizabeth A. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to include the following described parcels of real property in Pinellas County, Florida: Lot 17, Block F, Sunny Park Groves Subdivision, according to reap or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, page 2 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all abutting streets. The above described property is hereby zoned "R-1E" (Single Family) and designated as Fire District No. Z. AND The North 330 feet of the SE-1/4 of the NE-1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East, less the Easterly 760 feet thereof, and less the Florida Power Corporation right of way (as recorded in O. R. Book 1416, page 182, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida), being further described as follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the SE-1/4 of the NE- 1/4 of Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East; run N 89013' 12" W along a 40 acre line, 760. 00 feet for a P.
