DA'Z'E OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the City Commission, of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Albert P. Rogers, Inc. requesting the
City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by it, into the corporate limits of the. City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of said request for annexation ,
the City Commission at a regular meeting held on August 7, 1967, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to
prepare an ordinance to annex said parcel of real estate into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d)
of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater, hereby annexes into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the
boundary lines of said City so as to include the following described parcel
of real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
