WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
received a sworn petition from Frederick C. Stelzer and Sophie M. Stelzer,
his wife, and Richard W. Stelzer and Marjorie H. Stelzer, his wife,
requesting the City to annex certain parcels of real estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration of said request for annexation
the City Commission at a regular meeting held on July 3, 1967, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to
prepare an ordinance to annex said parcels of real estate into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d)
of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater, hereby annexes into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the
boundary lines of said City so as to include the following described parcels
of real property in Pinellas County, Florida:

r ks•`. ; ?.;. received a sworn petition from Frederick C. Stelzer and Sophie M. Stelzer,
his wife, and Richard W. Stelzer and Marjorie H. Stelzer, his wife,
requesting the City to annex certain parcels of xeal estate hereinafter
described, owned by them, into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater; and £ t..
WHEREAS, after due consideration of said request for annexation
the City Commission at a regular meeting held on July 3, 1967, voted
unanimously to accept said request and authorized the proper officials to
prepare an ordinance to annex said parcels of real estate into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, in accordance with -the provisions of
Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater,, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 6 (d)
of the Municipal Charter of said City of Clearwater, hereby annexes into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida., and redefines the
boundary lines of said City so as to include the following described parcels
of real property in Pinellas County, Florida:
