WHEREAS, on January 3, 1967, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain
proposed changes to the zoning map of the City of Clearwater in accordance
with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to
the zoning map were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of
all evidence presented at the public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described properties in Clearwater,
Florida, are hereby classified and zoned as hereinafter indicated and
"The Zoning Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 196611, as amended,
is amended to indicate :.hat fact as hereinafter set out,
Zoned as B - Business
1. Lots 36, 37 and 38 of Drew Park Subdivision, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3,
page 40 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
2. The West 50 feet of the East 200 feet of the following
described parcel: A tract of land in the N 1/Z of the
SW-1/4 of the SW-1/4 of the NW-1/4 of Section 5, Town-
ship Z9 South, Mange 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida,
being described as follows: For a point of reference

There is hereby established on said above described Parcel 3
a minimum building setback of 50 feet from the centerline of
South Greenwood Avenue in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida.
Said building setback line, as established, shall be indicated
upon the official zoning map of the City of Clearwater, Florida.
Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 1966,
as amended, and as further amended by this Ordinance, is hereby readopted
and approved as so amended except that it is hereby redesignated as "The
Zoning Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 196711, and Chapter 26
of Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, Florida, the city zoning ordinance
and law, as amended, is hereby amended in each instance in which a zoning
map is referred to by providing that such zoning map shall be "The Zoning
Map of the City of Clearwater, Florida of 1967. " Said Zoning Map consists
of a title and summary page designated as Sheet 1 and additional separate
sheets, each covering a portion of the City as indicated thereon. The
Zoning Map and zoning ordinance and law of the City of Clearwater as so
amended and adopted shall be enforced from and after the effective date of
this ordinance.

Section 5. Any person or persons, firm or corporation or association

provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court,{
be fined not exceeding the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00), or
imprisonment in the City Jail for not exceeding sixty (60) days, or by ,14
both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge.'
Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a :separate
offense.
