RANGE, 15 EAST, PINE LLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; A PORTION
OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND A PORTION OF SECTION
12, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING
STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY
LINES OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITIONS, ACCORD-
ING TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 6 (d) OF THE MUNI-
CIPAL CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
ESTABLISHING THE ZONING USE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATIONS

WHEREAS, after due consideration of said requests for annexation
the City Commission at regular meetings held on June 6 and June 20, 1966,
voted unanimously to accept said requests and authorized the proper officials
to prepare an ordinance to annex said parcels of real estate into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, in accordance with the provisions of Section
6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of the City of Clearwater.
