FLORIDA, ANNEXING LOTS 7 AND 8 IN THE SW-1/4

receivod a sworn petition from Imporial Homes Corporation requcating the
City to annex a certain parcel of real estate hereinafter described, owned
by it, into the corporate limits of the City of Cloarwater; and
WHEREAS, after d_ue conoideration of saaid raquost for annexation,
the City Commiczicn at a regular meeting held on May 2, 1966, voted . ;
unanimously to accept said requasr and authorized the proper officials to
prepare an ordinance to annex said parcel of real estate into the corporate
Urnitsf of the City of Clearwater, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 6 (d) of the Municipal Charter of tho City of Clearwater;
! NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER$ FLORIDA:
Section L The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
