AN ORDINANCE : ONING AND EcTABL ISHING FIRF DISTRICT i'
CLASSIFICATION FOR UNIT 6A ISLAND ESTATES OF CLEAR-
1IYATF.R, WHICH PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN PREVIOUf'LY
TONED, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF -r
THIS ORDINANCE, }
'PiHEREAS, the City Coenminsion of the City of Clearwater approved
the plat of Unit 6A Island Estates of Clearwater on Deceiribcr 7, 1964, which
plat shall be duly recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, the, said property has not been previously zoned under the
zoning ordinances of the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR -ATER, FLORIDA.;
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Saetiona Z6- 19
and 26-32 of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, Florida, 1966,
h•_reby establishes the following municipal zoning and fire district classi-
fication on the following described real property:
Lots 3, 2, 3, 17, lb, 50, 51 and 52 of Unit 6A Island Estates
of Clearwater, according to the map or plat thereof as recordr-,d
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby
zoned "RM11 (Multiple Dwelling and Limited Busincsa District)
and designated as Fire District No. 1,
AND
Lots 4 thru 15 inclusive, Lots lei thru 45 inclusive, of Unit 6A
Island Estates of Clearwater, according to tha map or plat
thereof as recorded in the Fublic Records of Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby zoned "R-3C" (Single. Far;,kily) and de'signatcd
