AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING A PORTION OF 4ECTION 20, l
TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA TOGETHER ;"ITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS
INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES
OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE SAID ADDITION, ACCORDING .
TO THE PROVISIONS'' OF SECTION 171, 04, FLORIDA I
STATUTES, 1563, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE 1 M
DATE OF THIri ORDINANCE. '
WHEREAS tha City Commission of the City of Clearwater Florida
anacted Ordinance No, 1020 on July 6, 1964, which Ordinance declared the

limits of the City of
Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance was published once a week for four consecutive '
weeks in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clearwater,
Florida, proof of which publication is hereto attached; and `?`?'x '? .?
WHEREAS, more than thirty days have expired since the enactment of
Ordinance Nor 1020, and no registered voter of the City of Clearwater, no owner
of real estate in the territory to be annexed, and no person whomsoever has
objected to such annexation or has applied to the Circuit Court of the: Sixth w
Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, setting forth any objections
to said annexation; and
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of Section 171. 04, Florida Statutes,
have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF' THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section 171. 04,
Florida Statutes, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of said City so as to
include the following parcels:

ship 29 South, Range 16 East run S 89° 13112" E along the S
line of said Gov't. Lot 1, 100. 00 feet for P. O. B. ; thence

19 (State Road 55), and parallel to the W line of said Gov't.
Lot 1, 600 feet; thence run S 89°1311211 E. 418 fact; thence run

S line of said Gov't. Lot 1, 418 feet to P. O, B. Containing
5, 76 acres, more or less.
