AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 26, AS AMENDED,
PERTAINING TO ZONING, OF CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY
OF CLEAROATER, FLORIDA, 1961, AND AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
1964; BY RECLASSIFYING AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIE^
AS DESCRIBED HEREIN; BY AMENDING NON-CONFORM.IAIG USE
REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR REMOVAL OF AIL NON-
CONFORMING MODEL HOME UFES AFT.L'R A PRESCRIBED
PERIOD OF TIME; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE4-ITH TO THE
EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARA-
BILITY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING PENALTIES
FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE AND PROVIDING

WHEREAS, on July 20, 1964, the City Cornaiissinn of the City of
Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain
proposed changes to the zoning ordinance and zoning map of the City of
Clearwater in accordance with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to
the zoning ordinance and the zoning snap were approved by the City Commission
after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CL'EAR'WATER, FLORIDA:

been processed in accordance to the terms of Chapter 26, shall
terminate such usage (as defined herein) within nine (9) months of
the date of passafe of this ordinance amendment, which is August
3, 1964, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect

declared to be invalid.
