BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARVYATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
lin+,its of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcels lying
contiguous to the territorial limits of said City and each parcel containing leas
than ten (10) registered electors:
The East 191, 70 feet of the West 536. 00 feet of the North
610. 00 feet of the South 660. 00 feet of the S'Vi -1/4 of the
N`s=-1/4 of Section 17, Township Z9 ,south, Range 16 East,
LESS AND EXCEPT the South Z80 feet thereof which is
presently in the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater.
AND
The b,, est 344. 30 feet of the West 536. 00 feet of the South
650. 00 feet of the S-vi -1 / 4 of the N tir -1 / 4 of Section 17, Town-
ship 29 South, Range 16 East, LESS AND EXCEPT the 'Nest
330 feet and the South 330 feet thereof which is presently in the
corporate limits of the City of Clearwater.
AND
Lot 18, Block "E" c'unny Park Groves and that portion
of vacated Kings Highway (O, R. 1644, page 74Z) abutting
West boundary line of said Lot 18, according to map or
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, page Z of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all
abutting streets,
Section Z. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing land according to the provisions
of Section 171. 04 of the Florida Statutes, 1963, and to that end the City Clerk
is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
