AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY
OF CL'EARVIATER TO ANNEX A PORTION OF SECTION 27,
TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, LOT 17 IN LOVEL'AND SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOT'- 43 THRU 49 INCLUSIVE, OAKLAND
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, PINEL LAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LOT 3,
SUNSET HIGHLANDS, UNIT 2, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AND A PORTION OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP L9 SOUTH,
RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER.
V/ ITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON
THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE PASSING
OF THIr ORDINANCE, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS `
OF SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1963, AND PRO-
VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-WATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcels lying
f contiguous to the territorial limits of said City and each containing less than
4 ten (10) registered electors:
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW-1/4) of Section 27,
Township 29 youth, Range 15 East, described as follows:
Begin at the Southeast (SE) corner of Lot 22, LOVELAND
SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 28, page 20, of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, and run thence South along
the West line of Missouri Avenue a distance of 300 feet;
run thence West parallel to the South line of Belleair
Road, a distance of 400 feet; run thence North parallel
to the West lime of Mlissouri Avenue a distance of 300
feet to the Southerly boundary of Lot 16, said LOVELAND
SUBDIVISION; run thence East along the Southerly boundaries
of lots 16 through 22 inclusive, said LOVELAND SUB-
DIVISION, 400 feet to the point of beginning, together with
all abutting streets.
AND
Lot 17, LOVELAND SUBDIVISION, according to the map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, page 20 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with
that portion of the South 112 of the Right of lie ay of Belleair
Boulevard, also known as Belleair Road, immediately adjacent
thereto.
AND
Lots 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49 in OAKLAND HEIGHTS
SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, page 38 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all abutting
streets,

published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
