BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcels lying
contiguous to the territorial limits of said City and each containing less than ten
(10) registered electors:
Begin at the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 11, Township 29 South, Range 15 East;
thence run N 890141361, W, a distance of 801. 01 feet
to the point of beginning; thence run N 8901413611 W, a
distance of 532. 54 feet to a concrete monument, said
monument being the Southeast corner of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11; thence run
N 8902011611 W a distance of 136. 58 feet to a point; thence
run N 0027121/, E, a distance of 976. 12 feet to a point;
thence run S 89020139/1 E, a distance of 669. 12 feet to a
concrete monument; thence run S 0°2712111 W, a distance
of 977. 07 feet to the point of beginning, and containing
15. 00 acres more or lees, together with all abutting streets.

OF CLEARWATER TO ANNEX A PORTION OF SECTION 11,
TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA; A PORTION OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH,
RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; A PORTION
OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND LOTS 4 THRU 8, AND
11 AND 12, BLOCK 1, GREENWOOD LAWN SUBDIVISION,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL
ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON THE EX-

Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the provisions
of Section 171, 04 of the Florida Statutes, 1963, and to that end the City Clerk
is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
