AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
3 * REPEALING IN THEIR ENTIRETY ORDINANCES NOS. 996
AND 1001, WHICH ORDINANCES PERTAINED TO THE ANNEXA»
TION OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY INTO THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF.CLEARWATER AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
x WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
enacted Ordinance No. 996 on January 20, 1964, which ordinance declared
the intention of the City to annex certain described parcels of real property.

WHEREAS, said Ordinances Nos. 996 and 1001 both contain certain
errors in the descriptions of the parcels to be and annexed into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinances Nos. 996 and 1001 are both repealed in
their entirety.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
