AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER TO ANNEX LOT 19,'BLOCK "Fil, SUNNY
r PARK GROVES, PINEL•LAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER
f' WITH ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE
h ` LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON
THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE
PASSING OF THIS ORDINANCE, ACCORDING TO THE PRO-
VISIONS OF SECTION 171, 04, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1963,
.a AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcel lying
contiguous to the territorial limits of said City and containing less than ten
(10) registered electors:
Lot 19, Block "F", Sunny Park Groves and vacated Sunny
Park Road (OR 1644, page 742) as recorded in Plat Book
36, page Z of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
together with all abutting streets.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the provisions
of Section 171, 04 of the Florida Statutes, 1963, and to that end the City Clerk is
hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.

1, That is tho Mer of acreage situate in Pinellas
County, Florida, described as followst
Lot 19, Block 'IF", Sunny Park Groves and vacated
Sunny Park Road (OR 1644, page 74?) as recorded in Plat
Book 36, page 2 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
and has personal knowledge as to the occupancy of the land embraced
in said acreage and that said acreage contains less than ten (10)
registered electors.
2. That this affidavit is made in compliance with Sec. 171.04
of Florida Statutes 1961 and is made to induce the City of Clearwater
to annex the foregoing property into its corporate limits. This
property is contiguous to City limits.
