AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER TO ANNEX THE NORTHWESTERLY
511.96 FEET OF LOT 6 OF MOSELL ACRES, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ABUTTING
STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON THE EXPIRATION
OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE PASSING OF THIS
ORDINANCE, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 171, 04, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1961, AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through
its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcel
lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City and containing less than
ten (10) registered electors;
The Northwesterly 511, 96 feet of Lot 6 of Mosell Acres,
according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
x4, page 70 of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.

Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing land according to the provisions r 1r
of Section 171. 04 of the Florida Statutes, 1961, and to that end the City Clerk
is hereby directed t? publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive: weeks `.
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective. immediately upon
its passage.
