BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through
;.'..? its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcels
lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, each parcel containing
less than ten (10) registered electors:
Lot 4, Block H, OAK ACRES ADDITION, UNIT 1,
according to map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 34, page 31 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, together with all abutting
streets.
AND
Lot 18, Block F, Sunny Park Groves, according to
map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 36, page
2 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
together with all abutting streets.
AND

Lot 3 and the East 1/2 of Lot 2 of B oylan's Subdivision, ', a <
First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 33, page 6
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, 4
together with all abutting streets.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the pro-
visions of Section 171. 04, Florida Statutes 1961, and to that end the City
Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun,
a newspaper published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four
consecutive weeks immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
