BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA.:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 975, passed on June 25, 1963, is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
Section 2, The City of Clearwater, Florida, meting by and through
its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcels
lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, each parcel containing
less than ten (10) registered electors:
From the SE corner of the NE-1/4 of the SE-1/4
of Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East,
run N 8902411.7" W 2.50. 01 feet; thence N 1o2612I"
E 33 feet to the P. O. B. ; thence continue N 1026'211'
E 150 feet; thence N 89024'27" W 50, 0 feet; thence

Section 3. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the provisions
of Section 171, 04, Florida Statutes 1961, and to that end the City Clerk is
hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.

RANGE 15 EAST, AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Sub-Paragraph (3) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of
Chapter 4 of the Code of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following Zone 13B:
11(3) For classification Section 4-26 (a) (4) only:
Zone 13B. Consisting of the NW-1/4 of the NE-1/4
of the SW-1/4 of Section 2, Township 29 South, Range
15 East, being the Southeast corner of Sunset Point
Road and Highland Avenue. 11
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
