BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 3 "M" of Ordinance No. 632, as amended by
Ordinance No. 750, also being Section 20-5 (13) of the Code of Ordinances,
City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is amended to read as follows:
"Street Lights and Street Name Signs
Construct and install necessary street lights and
street name signs in said subdivision to accomplish
satisfactory lighting: and street designation within
said subdivision in accordance with the requirements
of the City Engineer of the City of Clearwater; provided,
however, that a performance bond shall not be required
bf the owners or developers in reference to this sub-
section, nothwithstanding requirements to the contrary
herein contained."
Section Z. Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance
shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 9 of Ordinance No. 632.
Section 3. . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
