BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FL ORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through
its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcels
lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, each parcel containing
less than ten (10) registered electors:
From the center of Section 17, Township 29 South, Range
16 East, run S 0020 113 It E, along the North-South center-
line of said Section 17, 1174. 44 feet for a Point of Beginning;
thence run S 39001106" E, 561, 78 feet; thence run S 400
141361+ W, 607, 09 feet; thence run N 43011'54" W. ill ' 6.09
feet; thence run N 50058154" E, 677, 81 feet to a point which
is S 39001106" E, 493. 42 feet from the Southeast corner
of Lot 1, of a Resub, of Baskin's Replat (See Plat Book
24, Page 42, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida);
thence run S 39001,06 11 E, 438, 22 feet to the P. O. B. ,
together with all abutting streets.
AND
The Northeast Quarter (NE-1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE-1/4) and the Southeast Quarter (SE-1/4) of the North-
east Quarter (NE-1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township
Twenty-nine South (T 29 S), Range Sixteen East (R 16 E)
in Pinellas County, Florida, together with all abutting
streets, LESS AND EXCEPT:

Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the provisions
of Section 171. 04, Florida Statutes 1961, and to that end the City Clerk is
hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.

OF THIS ORDINANCE, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1961, AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1, The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through
its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcel
lying contiguous to the,territorial limits of said City, said parcel containing
less than ten (10) registered electors:
Begin at the SW corner of Section 14, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East and run thence S 89003126" E 354 feet;
thence N 0000130" E 141. 13 feet; thence N 89003155" W
579 feet; thence N 4000x30" W 4. 5 feet; thence N 89011130"
W 109. 06 feet; thence S 0002126" W 145. 61 feet; thence S
89006138" E 334. 15 feet to P. O. B. , together with all
abutting streets.
?r Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
i Commission, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the provisions
of Section 171. 04, Florida Statutes 1961, and to that end the City Clerk is
hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage.
