of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes 1961, and to that end the City Clerk Is
hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon Its
passage.

1. That they arc the owners of acreage situate in Pinellas
County, Florida, described as follows:
The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 15, Township 29 South, Range 15 East,
LESS AND EXCEPT McVeigh Subdivision according
to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30,
page 83; First Addition to McVeigh Subdivision
