DESCRIBED WHICH ARE PORTIONS OF SECTION 18, TOWN-

(30) DAYS FROM THE PASSING OF THIS ORDINANCE,'

R? FLORIDA STATUTES 1961, AND PROVIDING FOR THE
EFFECTIVE DATE 0P THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA;
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and
through i s y Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the
following described parcels lying contiguous to the territorial
limits of said City, which parcels each contain less than ten (10)
registered electors.
PARCEL NO. 1
The E 44 . of the W 3/4 of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 29 South, Range
16 East, less the North 330 ft, thereof,
PARCEL NO. 2
The W 40 . of the E 848 ft. of the W 3/4 of the
N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 18,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, less the North
330 ft. thereof.
PARCEL NO. 3
The 5tlf ; of the E 923 ft. of the W 3 /4 of the
S 3/4 of the NE 114 of the SW 1/4 of Section 18,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, the South 50 It.
of which is to be dedicated for R.O.W. purposes.
PARCEL NO. 4
The E 521 . of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW-
1/4 of Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 16 East,
the South 50 ft. of which is to be dedicated for
R.O.W. purposes; and that part which is included
within the following described tract; from the NW
corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 18,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East; run S 0° 24' 36"
W 1330.86 ft. along the 40 acre line; thence S 89°
46' 56" E 628.52 ft. along the 40 acre line to the
point of beginning, said P.Q.S. being the SE corner

and the City Clerk is horaby directed to publish tfiis Ordinance- in the
Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clearwator, once
a week for four consecutivo weeks immediately after the passage of this
Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become-effective _immediately
upon its passage.
