ORDINANCE NO, 936
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER TO ANNEX THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED, WHICH IS A PORTION OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF
THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION
?.. 17, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AND ALL ABUTTING
STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY
(30) DAYS FROM THE PASSING OF THIS ORDINANCE, ACCORDING,
TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA STATUTES,
1961, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF TH15

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR1Yr.TFh;
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described land lying
contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, which land contains less than
ten (10) registered electors:
South One-half (S-112) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE-1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW-1/4) of
the Southwest Quarter (SW-1/4) of Section 17,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, LESS and
except the East 125 feet thereof, together with
all abutting streets.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing land according to the provisions
of Section 171. 04, Florida Statutes, 1961, and to that end the City Clerk is
hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
' published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance,
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon

The undersigned, one of the owners of the following
described property, does hereby request annexation into the
city of Clearwater, Florida, of such property:
South one-half (Sh) of the Northeast Quarter
(NEh) of the Northwest Quarter (NWU) of the
