AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. We AS AMENDED, REGU-
LATING PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS AS TO THE AMOUNT,
KIND, TYPE AND SPECIFICATIONS OF PUBLIC IMPROVE-
MENTS THEREIN, BY AMENDING SECTION 3 E, ENTITLED

is further amended to read as follows:
"Section 3.
E. STREETS.. Plat the subdivisions, extensions or
revision thereof, so that the proposed streets and other
public ways conform to existing streets and public ways in
proximity to such subdivision, extension or revision there-
of; and shall. show on said plat the width, grade and type
of all streets and other public ways in said plat, which
streets and other public ways shall be paved in accordance
with City specifications prepared by the City Engineering
Department. The minimum width of street pavement shall
be thirty (30) feet.
Section 2. Section 3 G of Ordinance No. 632, as amended, is

further amended to read as follows:

"Section 3.
G. CURBS AND GUTTERS. Construct curbs and gutters of , z
concrete, the strength of which shall be a minimum of 2, 500
p. i. in 28 days, and constructed in accordance with City
• specifications prepared by the City Engineering Department.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 4• This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage,
