AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER .'
DESCRIBED, WHICH IS A PORTION OF SECTION 190
TOWNSHIP-29 SOUTH RANGE 16 EAST PINELLAS
COUNTY FLORIDA INTO THE CORPOUTE LIMITS OF
THE CHY OF CLURWATER FLORIDA -AND REDEFINING
THE BOUNDARY LINES OF 'HE CITY fO INCLUDE SAID
ADDITIONS ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 1/1.04, FLORIDA STATUTES 1961 AND
PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE
WHEREAS the City Commission of the City of Clearwater
,
Florida enacted Ordinance No. 923 on March 19, 19620, which Ordinance
declared the intention of the City to annex the Mfr: k=<sN :' .,t?c?^
property hereinafter
described, into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance was published once a week for
four consecutive weeks in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in
the City of Clearwater, Florida, proof of which publication is hereto u'' r
attached; and
WHEREAS, more than thirty days have expired since the enact-
ment of Ordinance No, 923, and no registered voter of the City of
Clearwater, no owner of real estate in the territory to be annexed, and 'y
no person whomsoever has objected to such annexation or has applied to
the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas
County, Florida, setting forth any objections to said annexation; and i
• WHEREAS, all of the provisions of Section 171.041 Florida,
Statutes, have been complied with; '
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
,COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

E. 669.99 feet parallel to the Westerly line of said
Section 19, Township 29 South, Range 16 East; thence
