HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, WHICH IS A PORTION OF
SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP L9 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST,
INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON THE EXPIRATION
OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE PASSING OF THIS
ORDINANCE, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1961, AND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described land lying
contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, which land contains less than
ten (10) registered electors:
Begin at NW corner of Section 19, Township 29 South,
Range lb East and run thence N 89051'48" E, 200. 0
feet along the section line for P. O. B. ; thence S 0001'41"
Ei 669. 99 feet parallel to the Westerly line of said
Section 19, Township 2c; South, Range 16 East; thence
3 89058'35" E, 1204. 00 feet, along the fractional
Section Line; thence N 000112511 E, 472. 50 feet; thence
N 4L016t56,, w, 81. 13 feet; thence N 0001125" E, 140. 70
feet to the said East and West section line; thence S
89051'48" W, 1150. 0 feet along said section line to
Pi O. B., Containing 18 acres M. O. L.
f Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City V sits
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing land according to the provisions
of Section 171. 04, Florida Statutes, 1961, and to that end the City Clerk is.
hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper'
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
