;section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate &` + k '
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described land lying f'^
contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, which land contains less than '
ten (10) registered voters: tilf
The Southeast Quarter (SE-1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE-1/4) of Section 17, Township 25 South, Range 16
East, less the East 530, 0 feet thereof and less the South
330, 0 feet thereof, together with all abutting streets.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater , acting by and through As City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing land according to the provisions
of Section i71.04, Florida Statutes, 1961, and to that end the City Cleric is
hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper
published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks
immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage. i
