4 D ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE
L MITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON
THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY (30) `DAYS FROM THE PASSING
OF THIS ORDINANCE, ACCORDING TO 'THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1961, AND PRO.
; VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through its
City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described parcels
lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, each parcel containing
less than ten (10) registered electors:
Lot Thirty-seven (37) of SUNSET HIGHLANDS NO. 2,
Pinellas County, Florida, and all abutting streets,
AND
The East 400 feet of the SE-1/4 of the NE-1/4 of
Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, less
the South 330 feet thereof, and all abutting streets,
AND
The North 208 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, less the
East 368 feet thereof and less and except the West
portion thereof presently within the corporate limits
of the City of Clearwater, Florida, and all abutting
streets.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Ccmmissio? n, intends to annex the foregoing parcels according to the pro-
visions of Section 171. 04, Florida Statutes, 1961, and to that end the City
Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater
Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for
four consecutive weeks immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
