• 4W 0 M , 0 ORDINANCE NO. 895 AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER TO ANNEX THE PROPERTY HEREIN- AFTER DESCRIBED, WHICH IS A PORTION OF OAK ACRES ADDITION UNIT t, AND ALL ABUTTING STREETS, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF TIME CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM THE PASSING OF THIS ORDINANCE, ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 171.01, FLORIDA STATUTES, 1959, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate, limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described land lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, which land contains less than ten (10) registered voters: Lot 5, Block C, Oak Acres Addition, Unit 1, ac- cording to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 31, of Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Section Z. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City Commission, intends to annex the foregoing land according to the provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes, 1959, and to that end the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a news- paper published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
