BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and
through its City ommission, hereby declares its intention to annex
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the
following described land lying contiguous to the territorial limits
of said City, which land contains less than ten (10) registered voters:
Being a part of the SE4 of the NE4 of Section
9-29-16 and a part of the SW4 of the NWk of
Section 10-29-16, further described as follows:
Begin at the NE corner of the SE? of the NEB of
Section 9-29-16 as a P.O.B. and run along the
east-west 40 acre line S 896l7t591f E, 167.90 feet;
thence S 5900311411 E, 122.49 feet to the center-
line of County Road 30, also known as Bayshore
Boulevard; thence along the centerline of County
Road 30 S 3005614611 W, 51.56 feet; thence continu-
ing along same said centerline S 30 4613611 w,
1,026-38 feet; thence N 590171 5411 W, 50.00 feet
to a point on the westerly right of way of County
