WHEREAS, more than thirty days have expired since the enactment
of Ordinance No. 881, and no registered voter of the City of Clearwater,
no owner of real estate in the territory to be annexed, and no person
whomsoever has objected to such annexation or has applied to the Circuit
Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas-County, Florida,.
setting forth any objections to said annexation; and,
WHEREAS, all of the provisions of Section 171.04, Florida
Statutes, have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORID:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section
171.04, Florida Statutes, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of
the City of Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of
said City so as to include the following:
From the Southwest corner of Section 14, Township
29 South, Range 15 East, run South 89003 1 2611 East,
along the Section line, 1173.0 feet to the South-
easterly corner of Parkwood Second Addition as re-
corded in Plat Book 52, Page 4 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, for point of beginning;
thence North OOOOf3011 East, along the Easterly line
of said Parkwood Second Addition and the Easterly
line of Parkwood Third Addition as recorded in Plat
Book 52, Page 78 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, 1331.25 feet to the Northeasterly
corner of said Parkwood Third Addition, thence South
890031551' East, along the 40 acre line, 9.52 feet to
a point on the 40 acre line, said point lying Westerly
150.0 feet along the 40 acre line from the Northeast
corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
said Section 14; thence South 000.3128ir East, 1331.30
feet to a point on the Section lines, said point lying
Westerly 150.0 feet from the Southeast corner of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 14;
thence North 8900312611 West, along the Section line,
11.06 feet to point of beginning- less that portion
presently within the corporate limits of the City.
The above described property is hereby zoned R-1
(Single-family) and designated as Fire District
No. 2.
