Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through
its City Commission, hereby declared its intention to annex into the
corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following de-
scribed land lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City,
which land contains Iona than tort (10) registered voters:
The East 200 feet of the West 1180 feet of the ?

Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commiss•Ton, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the
provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes, 1959, and to that end
the City Clark is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the
• Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clearwater,
once a week for four consecutive weeks immediately after the passage
of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its pa3sago.
