BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, Florida, acting by and through
its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to annex into the corporate
limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described land lying
contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, which land contains less than
ton (10) registered voterst
From the Southwest corner of Section 14, Township
29 South, Range 15 East, run South 89003126" East,
along the Section line, 1173.0 feet to the South-
easterly corner of Parkwood Second Addition as re-
corded in Plat Book 52, Page 4 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida, for point of beginning;
thence North 0000130" East, along the Easterly line
of said Parkwood Second Addition and the Easterly
line of Parkwood Third Addition as recorded in Plat
Book 52, Page 78 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, 1331.25 feet to the Northeasterly
corner of said Parkwood Third Addition,,thence South
89003155" East, along the 40 acre line, 9.52 feet to
a point on the 40 acre line, said point lying Westerly
150.0 feet along the 40 acre line from the Northeast
corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
said Section 14; thence South 0003T28" East, 1331.30
fact to a point on the Section line, said point lying
Westerly 150.0 feet from the Southeast corner of-the
Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 14;
thence North 89003T26" West, along the Section line,
11.06 feet to point of beginning; less that portion
presently within the corporate limits of the City.
Sedtion 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the provisions of
Section 171.04, Florida Statutes 1959, and to that end the City Clerk is hereby
directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published
ill the City of Clearwater, once a week for four consecutive weeks immediately
after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
