BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
ORDINANCE NO. 865
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER TO ANNEX THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DES-
CRIBED WHICH IS TO BE KNOWN AS LOT 10, BLOCK "C",
PINERIDGE SUBDIVISION, AND ALL ABUTTING STREETS
INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY (30) DAYS
FROM THE PASSING OF THIS ORDINANCE -ACCORDING TO
THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA STATUTES
1959 AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.

Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its
City Commiss on, mends to annex the foregoing lands according to the
provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes x959, and to that end the
City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater
Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clearwater, once a.week for four
•consecutive.weeks immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.

and all abutting streets,
Lot 10, Block "C" PINERIDGE SUBDIVISION" according
to-the map or plat thereof as recorded In Plat Book
28, Page 98, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida.
