AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DES-
CRIBED WHICH IS TO BE KNOWN AS FOURTH ADDITION TO
FAIR OhKS AND ALL ABUTTING STREETS INTO THE COR-
PORATE LIkITS OF THE CITY OF CLEARATER FLORIDA,
AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARY LINES OF THh CITY TO
INCLUDE SAID ADDITION ,ACCORDING TO-THE PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 1.71.04 FLORIDA STATUTES, 1959; ZONING
THE ANNEXED PROPERTY AS HEREIN PROVIDED; AND PRO-
VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS the City Commission,of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
enacted Ordinance koi 849 on January 1, 1860, which Ordinance declared
the intention of theCity to annex the property hereinafter described, into
the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater; and,
WHEREAS said Ordinance was published once a week for four
consecutive weeks In the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City'
of Clearwater; Florida, proof of which publication is hereto attached; and,
WHEREAS, more than thirty days have expired since the enact-
ment of Ordinance No. 849, and no registered voter of the City of Clear-
water, no owner of real estate in the territory to be annexed; and no
person whomsoever has objected to such annexation or has applied to the
Circuit-Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County,
Florida, setting forth any objections to said annexation; and,
• WHEREAS, all of the provisions of Section 171.04, Florida
Statutes, have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through
its City Commission, by the authority and under the provisions of Section
171.04, Florida Statutes, hereby annexes into the corporate limits of the
City of Clearwater, Florida, and redefines the boundary lines of said
City to include the following:
Begin at-the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 24, Twp. 29S,
Rge. 15E,; run thence S 89° 04' 52" E, along the North line
of said Sec. 24, 47.73 ft. for POB; thence continue S. 89°
04' 52" E, 617.48 ft.; thence S 0 14' 01" W, 688.06 ft.;
thence N 89° 40'45" W, 706.24 ft.; thence N 0° 19' 15" E.
71.11. ft.; thence S 89° 18' 54" E. 80.0 ft.; thence N 0°
19' 15" E. along the East R/W line of Hercules Ave. 213.04
ft.; thence along the arc of a curve to the right, whose
arc is 38.50 ft., whose radius is 67.93 ft. and whose chord
is N: 16° 33' 23" E, 37.98 ft.; thence N. 32° 47' 31" E
along the Easterly R/W line of Hercules Ave:, 106.26 ft.;
thence along the arc of a curve to the left, whose arc is
22.67 ft., whose radius is 40.0 ft. and whose Chord is N.
16° 33' 23" E, 22.37 ft.; thence N•00 19' 15" E. along
the East R/W line of Hercules Ave., 147.84 ft.; thence-along
the arc of a curve-to the left, whose arc is 22.67 ft.; whose
radius is 40.0 ft., and whose chord is N 15° 54' 53" W, 22.37
ft.; thence N•32° 09' 01" W, along the Easterly R/W line of
Hercules Ave,, 111.65 ft. to POB. and all abutting streets.
Said property is hereby zoned R-1 (Residential).

and other official maps of the City of Clearwater, the foregoing pro-
perty with its zoning as indicated.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.'-
