AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA
AMENDING SECTION 1 OF CHAPTER 10 CODE OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER 1950, ALSO KNOWN AS SECTIONS 11 2
AND 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 5771 BY CHANGING GEOGRAPHI-
CAL AREAS LOCATED WITHIN THE VARIOUS FIRE DISTRICTS
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA; REPEALING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 577 SECTIONS 2 AND 3, 7-18-49, AND ALL
CONFLICTING bhDINANCES, AND PROVIDING FOR THE EF-
FECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section I of Chapter 10 of the Code of the City
of Clearwater, 19501 also known as Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Ordinance No.
577, relating to Fire Districts, is amended to read as follows:
The following described areas within the City limits of the
City of Clearwater, Florida, are hereby designated as First Fire District:
FIRST FIRE DISTRICT, PARCEL 1
All that property located on Clearwater Beach South of a line
extending East-West from the Gulf of Mexico to Clearwater Harbor, which
line is the North boundary of Clearwater Beach Subdivision and Mandalay
replat Unit No. 5.
FIRST FIRE DISTRICT PARCEL 2
Block 21, Mandalay Subdivision.
FIRST FIRE DISTRICT PARCEL 3
All of Unit No, 2 and Unit No. 5, Island Estates Subdivision
and that portion adjoining Island Estates Subdivision upon which the
Marina Station Sewage Disposal Plant is located and that parcel of pro-
perty running 200 ft. on Island Way and 160 ft. on Windward Passage and
all of Memorial Causeway.

SECOND FIRE DISTRICT
All other property located within the City limits of
Clearwater, Florida, and not hereinbefore included within the
geographical boundaries of the First Fire District shall be
included in the Second Fire District.
All property subsequently annexed into the corporate lim-
its of the City of Clearwater, Florida, shall automatically be
placed within the Second Fire District unless otherwise designated.
Section'2. Ordinance No. 577, Sections 2 and 3, are
hereby specifically repealed and all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict here-
by repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
