BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY 'COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAIRWITER, FLORA'.,'.
Section 1. The City of Clearwater,'Florida acting by and
through its City Commission, hereby declares its intention to an-
nex into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the
following described land lying contiguous to the territorial limits
of said City, which land contains less than ten (10) registered voters.
The Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Sec. 2, Twp: 29S, Rge. 15E, containing 40
acres,,and all abutting streets, Pinellas
County, Florida, to be known as Blackshire Estates.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through ?.
its City omm ss_Ton,intends to annex the foregoing lands according
to the provisions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes 1957, and to
that end the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance '
in the Clearwater Sun, a newspaper published in the City of Clear-
water, once a week for four consecutive weeks immediately after the
passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediate-
ly upon its passage.
