AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER
TO ANNEX THE PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED LOCATED IN SECTION
2 TOWNSHIP 29S RANGE 15E, INTO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CiTY OF DA UPON
THIRTY DAYS FROMLTHHEEWPASSiNGLOFITHiS ORDINANCEEXPACCORDINGIRATION THE PRO-?
VISIONS OF SECTION 171.04, FLORIDA STAFJTES 1957, AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The-City of Clearwater, Florida acting by and through
its City ommiss on, hereby declares its intention to annex into the cor-
porate limits of the City of Clearwater, Florida, the following described
lands lying contiguous to the territorial limits of said City, which lands
contain less than ten (10) registered voters:
The SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the East 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 2, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT those portions thereof which
have formerly been annexed into the City Limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida. This property to be known as Sunset Lake
Estates, Unit 3.
Section 2. The City of Clearwater, acting by and through its City
Commission, intends to annex the foregoing lands according to the provis-
ions of Section 171.04, Florida Statutes 1957, and to that end the City
Clerk is hereby directed to publish this Ordinance in the Clearwater Sun,
a newspaper published in the City of Clearwater, once a week for four con-
secutive weeks immediately after the passage of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.

a Florida corporation, which is the owner of the property hereinafter
described, and that he has personal knowledge as to the occupancy of the
land embraced in said acreage and that said tract of land to be annexed
into the corporate limits of the City of Clearwater contains less than ten
s=;. (10) registered voters, and that the property is contiguous with the City
Limits.
2. That this property is described as follows.
